For the past five years, Tessa Godinez has been bringing her expertise in the hospitality industry to her own company, All Out Events by Tessa Godinez.  A certified Wedding and Event planner with a passion for creating memorable events . Tessa is bringing a fresh approach to party planning in the North Bay area of California.  

Based in Napa /Solano County, but servicing the entire Napa valley , North Bay and beyond, Tessa is innovating the event planning game with a variety of options that can fit any type of budget.  From being the first in Northern California to offer Teepee slumber parties right to your very own home to bring the first in Solano county to curate luxury picnics !

Tessa is helping her clients by creating stress-free events in which she takes care of the planning, the deliveries, setup, and even clean up , so you can focus on having a wondering time with your friends and family.

Using a variety of venues such as scenic Bay area locales, beachside public parks, backyards, and even in the case of inclement weather – your own living room; All Out Events with Tessa Godinez can coordinate and deliver the event a lifetime.  Through her 20+ years of working in the hospitality industry, Tessa has all kinds of vendors that can fit any type of event or budget.  Her hands-on approach and creative outlook make her well suited to making the perfect events.  When asked about her events, she laughs, “on the day of, I usually pick up everything and deliver - so all the cakes, cookies, balloons, everything”.  It is the personal touch she does with every aspect of the event that gives every event that luxury, stress free feel. Born in Augusta, Georgia and still a diehard Georgia Bulldog college football fan, she loves living the Bay Area- loves the community and the vibrance of the area.  Her husband is a huge Raiders fan and the entire family cheers on the Warriors . The sense of family connection also flows into her business, she mentions that her kids help set up each and every slumber party , her husband and father-in-law help her with the fabrications and set up of her events if needed.  It’s a family business . I’m just trying to build a Legacy for my kids while fulfilling my passion in life .
